This podcast is all about encouraging and motivating individuals to live the healthiest life they possibly can. We set out to create this platform to help those who are struggling as we did. Those who want to take that step, but don't know where to start. Those who want a glimpse into how athletes "do life" after their sport is over. Our health mission? To inspire at least anyone and everyone one healthy choice at a time.

We met in middle school in Morgantown, West Virginia. Spending our childhood together, there was never a dull moment and often ended with one of us getting into trouble. We parted ways just before high school when our families moved to Houston and Chicago. Four years later and we both end up at Louisiana State University for school and our sports. Was it fate? God always does have a sense of humor. We both experienced the elite level of athletics, training, nutrition, and mental wellness it requires to succeed in D1 world. With all of this unintentional training, we realized we wanted to share what we know with others. Although we might not get into as much trouble, there is still never a dull moment. We would love for y'all to take this ride with us, and discover your own health journey! 

Why do we care? Because we know what it's like to be in your shoes. To not know what's next, to not feel motivated sometimes or to not know what you're truly capable of. We absolutely love health and the impact it van have on your life and the world.
